Kirsty Mackie

Kirsty has practised in the areas of Family Law, Domestic Violence and Elder Law since admission primarily in Brisbane within the community legal sector. Apart from working at Pippa Colman & Associates Law Practice, Kirsty works as a Lecturer in Law for the University of the Sunshine Coast and coordinates their clinical legal practice program at the Suncoast Community Legal Centre.
Kirsty is Chair of the Queensland Law Society’s Elder Law Committee and was recently elected as a Councillor on the Queensland Law Society Council for 2018-2019. Her particular areas of interest are Elder and Family Law.
Kirsty is a passionate advocate for her clients and works hard to achieve a positive outcome on their behalf.
