Wills and Estates

There are three very important documents everyone should have in place:

  • a Will
  • an Enduring Power of Attorney
  • an Advanced Health Directive

These documents outline to those close to you about what you would like to happen in the event you are unable to.

Once you are over 18 years of age, these documents should be in place. They become more important as you acquire assets and property, and as you start a family.

And if you have these in place, they should be regularly reviewed to see if they still reflect your wishes and intentions.

We offer a fixed fee to our clients to consult with them, draft their documents and to execute them.

Whilst not a legal requirement, we strongly encourage having a solicitor draft your documents rather than purchasing an over the counter Will kit. The consequences of mistakes or improperly prepared documents can cause great difficulty and heartache to loved ones.

We can help you with your Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and Advanced Health Directive. Call us now, or submit your enquiry on line today.
