The Legal Elements
The Legal Elements team is located in South Brisbane and was founded by Brendon Foyle. Brendon Foyle came to law later in life after gaining a great deal of experience in other fields. Starting out as an Apprentice Diesel Mechanic after leaving school on completion of Year 10, it was not long before Brendon was 18 and old enough to obtain his heavy vehicle licence. Brendon wasted no time in putting this to good use, seeing much of the country as a result.
At 21 he owned and operated a chauffeured hire car business in Adelaide called ‘Festival Limousines’ (including a general facility liquor licence) and continued this until the age of 29. During this time Brendon first got his taste for legal application through self representation in regards to liquor licensing and regulatory matters, and involvement as a committee member in the relevant industry association.
